We are thrilled to announce that Bon Jour Social and Leisure Center, in collaboration with Dedicated Sitters, is an approved GUIDE services provider for Louisiana's families.

 

Bon Jour Social and Leisure Center offers a safe, cozy adult day setting for individuals with mild cognitive impairment, with engaging activities and personalized care. This gives caregivers respite while ensuring loved ones thrive in a stimulating environment.

Dedicated Sitters provides in-home care and respite services so caregivers can take time to care for themselves while we care for their loved ones.

**About the GUIDE Program**

​The GUIDE Model, started on July 1, 2025, is a Medicare program that supports individuals with dementia and their unpaid caregivers. It offers coordinated care, education, respite services, and 24/7 support, including services like Bon Jour Social and Leisure Center or Dedicated Sitters, to improve quality of life, reduce caregiver stress, and support aging in place.
